Who processes your data
Data collected on this site is processed by HER, a French SASU with share capital of €1,000, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 990 920 332, whose registered office is at 55 rue Grignan, 13006 Marseille, France. For any question: contact@hermemories.com.
What data, and why
Contact form: name, e-mail address, subject and message, used solely to answer your request. Audience measurement: traffic statistics, only after your explicit consent. No data is ever sold.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for 3 years after the last exchange. Audience-measurement cookies last 13 months at most.
Processors
E-mail delivery is handled by Brevo (France). Hosting is provided by OVHcloud (France). Audience-measurement tools (Google Analytics, Meta, TikTok) are loaded only after consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. Write to contact@hermemories.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL).
